This policy explains what personal data Civexa collects and how it is used, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, display name, target exam and year.
• Practice data: your answers, scores, time taken, bookmarks, mistakes and reports.
• Payment records: plan, amount and payment reference. We do not store card or UPI PIN details.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the website secure and working.

How we use it

• To run your account, tests, results and performance analysis.
• To show leaderboards using your display name (your real name stays hidden if you choose).
• To give access to plans you enrol in or buy.
• To send important emails about your account (for example, password reset).

We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it

Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers, and payments are handled by our payment provider. They process data only on our instructions.

Your rights

You can view and correct your details on your Profile page. You can ask us to delete your account and data through the Contact page.

Security

Passwords are never stored in readable form. Access to data is restricted by strict database rules.
