Most practice on Civexa is free. Please try the free tests before buying a plan.

Paid plans

• You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have attempted no more than 2 tests of that plan.
• After that, plans cannot be refunded or cancelled, because the content has been made available to you.
• If you were charged twice or a payment failed but money was deducted, contact us — we will refund the extra amount.

How to request a refund

Contact us from the email address of your Civexa account with your payment reference. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
